Our Coach, Maestro Oswaldo Ortega, trained at the Institute of Sport and Physical Education in Paris, France. One of the Premier Fencing programs in the World. Coach Ortega is one of the few Maestro’s in the Southeast USA.While under the mentorship of the elite coaches in Europe, he was voted Coach of the Year. Coach relocated from Venezuela to the United States in 1996 after coaching the Venezuelan National team.
His charisma and passion for the sport has made him one of the best coach in the country, his students have rapidly made their mark in the regional and National and International levels of competition.
